code/Subnet
Groups code nodes into one node.
Network
Holds code nodes as its children. A code/SubnetInput inside stands for each value wired into the subnet, and a code/SubnetOutput inside for each value it gives out. The builder the subnet sits in builds what is inside as part of its own code, so a subnet costs nothing at run time: it is a way to keep a large graph readable, and the first step to a polynode.
The nodes that belong to the builder itself cannot go inside: code/Param, code/Output and code/Attribute stay in the builder and are wired to the subnet's inputs and outputs.

This page is generated from the engine, so it describes the release you can download. The same text is in the editor's Help panel next to the node itself.
